Ace is currently 8.77 years old. He was 8.45 when he created his first artwork here. As an aspiring entrepreneur he would like to spread joy and collect a tidy profit, and I told him I'd help. Rather than trying to put this in the sea of Amazon or Etsy, we're standing up our own little shop to cut down on any middleman costs.
Dad fronts the cost of the clay/paint/etc and display and keeps track of that and his sales and gives Ace 100% of the profits, not the revenue. In this way Ace gets to learn that having Dad shell out $125 so he can make $12.67 selling lemonade is not an appropriate view of how a business works.
Dad also gets to A/B test some copy, so he's got some skin in the game.
Each item is handmade completely by Ace, and will be shipped for an extra $5 to the US or free local (DFW area) pickup is available. If you'd like a personalized note from Ace please use the comment section to let him know what you'd like him to say.
These clay items have been oven-hardened so they are durable. The picture above is representative of what you will get but will be hand made by Ace upon your order so please allow for some variability, and, depending on schedule, a slight delay for him getting started. Each one will ship (or be delivered) with a description of the item and a small glass case. Fancy, amiright?
Oh and if you are wondering the inspiration of this first collection of items - they are all items you can digitally obtain from the ubiquitous platform Roblox, in this case a game called Blox Fruits. And now that you know that - I mean those are some pretty good looking 'blox fruit'. AND if you happen to play this game or would like Ace to create a custom 'blox fruit' well you better believe your Robux that he will be happy to oblige (as long as the clay color is something that can be found or created from what Hobby Lobby has in stock, of course).
